How $60 and 15 Minutes a Day Changed My Work From Home Life

If you’d told me a month ago I’d be working from home for 40 hours a week, I would have said you were crazy!

In today’s health climate, I’ve been stuck inside more than I ever expected and my makeshift home office has been terrible for my lower back pain (among other things). With so much going on, I can hardly stop from hunching over, sitting for too long, and spending way too much time in front of my computer.
